Job summary

The Wilkinson Firm is seeking senior people analytics consultants for remote, 1099 engagements focused on healthcare and BH workforce analytics. You will leverage Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to build dashboards, model turnover, and enable data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates have 5–15 years of people analytics experience, familiarity with Workday/ADP/Visier/Greenhouse, and strong visualization and scripting skills in Python or R. Remote work with a focus on SC state clients is available.
