The Wilkinson Firm is seeking an experienced consultant for remote engagement focused on people analytics for healthcare and behavioral health clients. The role emphasizes dashboard development, turnover modeling, predictive planning, and equity analytics using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.

Ideal candidates have 5–15 years of experience in people analytics, prior exposure to Workday, ADP, Visier or similar systems, and a track record of delivering actionable insights.

• Experience with healthcare or BH workforce analytics preferred.
• Fluent in Excel/Tableau/Power BI.

Engagement: 1099 consultant. Rate range: $75-150/hr OR $5-15K per workforce study. Location: Remote with FL state focus. About TWF Workforce dashboards, retention modeling, turnover analytics expected by BH/HHS clients. Who we want People analytics pros 5-15 years. Former Workday, ADP, Visier, Greenhouse. Healthcare or BH workforce analytics preferred. Excel/Tableau/Power BI fluent.
