The Wilkinson Firm invites an experienced people analytics consultant to join as an independent contractor. This remote role focuses on NC-state analytics engagements, offering hourly rates of 75–150 USD or 5–15K per workforce study.

You will design KPI dashboards, build turnover and retention models, and contribute to predictive headcount planning and pay equity analyses for behavioral health clients.

Qualifikationen

• 5-15 years of experience in people analytics or equivalent consulting roles.
• Experience with Workday, ADP, Visier, or Greenhouse analytics teams is preferred.
• Healthcare or behavioral health workforce analytics experience is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable in Excel, Tableau, Power BI; Python or R a plus.

Healthcare or behavioral health workforce analytics experience strongly preferred. Comfortable in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. Working knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
