Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer, Patch Management to own strategy and execution of enterprise patching and vulnerability remediation across Windows, Linux, virtual, and cloud platforms. You will lead automation, reporting, and process improvements to reduce risk while partnering with security and application teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise patch management or vulnerability remediation.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux administration in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with patching tools such as MECM/SCCM, Intune, Red Hat Satellite, Ansible.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys or Rapid7.
• Scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise patch management across Windows, Linux, virtual, cloud, and endpoints.
• Administer patching technologies and lifecycle management.
• Design automation to improve patching efficiency and compliance tracking.
• Create executive dashboards and reports on remediation, compliance, and risk exposure.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, and Engineering teams; mentor junior engineers.
