Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 15+ years of paralegal experience supporting litigation and/or employment matters.
• Experience with e-discovery processes and legal hold administration.

Responsibilities

• Support the full litigation and employment matter lifecycle, including intake and deadlines.
• Coordinate e-discovery, document collection, and review with outside counsel and internal teams.
• Administer legal holds and monitor compliance across matters.
• Prepare materials for mediations, arbitrations, and hearings.
• Maintain case management systems and track budgets and invoices.
• Assist with drafting employment agreements, policies, and related correspondence.
