Job summary

Cardiff is seeking a Senior Paid Search Manager to own the entire search program from strategy to execution. You will manage a substantial monthly spend across Google Ads, including Performance Max and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on funded revenue and attribution accuracy. This role is remote for the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years managing Google Ads directly, including hands-on Performance Max and large-scale Search accounts.
• Experience managing $500K to $1M+ monthly paid search spend or equivalent annual figure.
• Experience with offline conversion imports or server-side conversion setups.

Responsibilities

• Own the search account end-to-end: structure, budgets, bids, and targeting.
• Run keyword and search term program; manage brand vs non-brand economics and negative keywords.
• Close the loop to funded revenue via offline conversions and attribution fixes.
• Make PMax earn its place with asset group strategy and reporting.
• Own Microsoft Ads as a real second channel with independent budgets and strategies.
• Grow the search portfolio to meet aggressive growth targets while controlling cost per MQL.
• Evaluate and launch new search and intent platforms as they mature.
• Drive landing page strategy with the web team and pre-filled URLs.
• Build a Spanish-language program with parallel account structure and targets.
• Coordinate with SEO to avoid bidding against organic content and duplication.
