NP Digital is seeking a Manager, Paid Search to join our remote Paid Media team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years managing paid search and Performance Max campaigns with large monthly budgets and a deep understanding of Google and Microsoft Ads.

You will communicate performance insights to clients and colleagues, structure campaigns for optimal ROAS, and lead testing roadmaps. This role is remote across the US with collaboration across time zones.

Competenze

• 3+ years managing paid search campaigns with agency experience
• Budgets exceed $500K per month
• Strong knowledge of Google and Microsoft Ads

• Deliver and execute paid search media strategies for clients
• Structure campaigns to optimize performance across search platforms
• Project performance based on client budgets and benchmarks
• Manage budgets and pacing across daily to annual timeframes
• Develop testing roadmaps and split-testing plans
