Qoves Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Media Buyer to own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and other growth channels from a remote location. You will drive strategy, execution, testing, and optimization to scale profitable growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience managing high-budget campaigns on major ad platforms, with deep knowledge of attribution, GA4, and full-funnel strategies. This full-time role offers strong growth opportunities and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads at high spend levels.
• Advanced GA4 reporting and data-driven decision making.
• Deep understanding of sales funnels from awareness to conversion.
• Experience with attribution and tracking setups (pixels, server-side events, UTMs).

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other acquisition channels
• Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend based on performance and growth opportunities
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards using GA4 and ad platform analytics
• Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies across awareness, retargeting, and conversion campaigns
• Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and messaging
• Implement and monitor attribution systems, tracking setups, UTMs, and conversion events
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign efficiency and ROAS
• Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and changes in attribution/reporting
