Job summary

Fundraise Up, a global fundraising platform, is seeking a Product Manager to own the P2P Events area within the Peer-to-Peer product line. You will work hands-on across discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and iteration, turning ambiguous problems into customer-validated solutions.

You’ll collaborate with nonprofit event teams, design partners, GTM teams, and cross-functional peers to shape problems like registration, teams, attribution, reporting, and integrations.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience in a software product company.
• End-to-end ownership of a customer-facing product area with Engineering and Design.
• Clear judgment in reducing a large problem space to a focused release and explaining trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Define the product direction with a thesis and roadmap.
• Lead discovery with research, interviews, prototypes, and live product usage.
• Write clear requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and decision records.
• Work with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, and QA on delivery.
• Launch and iterate to achieve customer and business outcomes.
