The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of organizing experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to justice and equity. The position offers a salary range of $56,800 to $66,800 annually, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of full-time organizing experience, or equivalent volunteer experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful organizing strategies.
• Familiarity with Michigan politics and communities.
