CAC I International Inc. is seeking a Principal Consultant for Oracle Integration & API Engineering to support a large federal HR modernization initiative. You will design and maintain the integration fabric connecting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with the federal HR ecosystem and serve as a senior technical resource across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years in integration development or middleware.
• 7+ years in integration development, API engineering, or middleware administration.
• 5+ years hands-on with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle SOA Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain integration interfaces between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and federal HR systems.
• Engineer bidirectional payroll integrations with federal providers using HCM Extracts and payroll flows.
• Build integration flows in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) with adapters, error handling, and retries.
