Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst, Beyond Insights (Omnichannel Analytics) to build and scale our BI practice for media and omnichannel clients. You will work with data partners to integrate media and channel data into Tableau dashboards and client-facing performance reports.

The role is remote within the United States or based in US offices. You will collaborate with media, strategy, data engineering, and marketing technology teams on measurement methodologies and campaign

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BI/advanced analytics.
• Pharmaceutical media and marketing experience with HCP or consumer omnichannel campaigns.
• Experience with SQL, R or Python for data analysis.
• Experience with Snowflake or Databricks, Tableau or PowerBI, and dashboards.
• Experience presenting to senior clients/internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of causal inference and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and deliver time-based performance reporting for media and omnichannel campaigns (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting).
• Integrate media, channel, and partner data sources into Tableau dashboards and client-facing reports.
• Conduct data exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and mining across marketing data sources.
• Develop quantitative analyses, predictive models, and attribution approaches for optimization.
• Craft analyses and insights to answer client questions and present findings to stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on measurement methodology and campaign execution.
