Real Chemistry is seeking a Director, Beyond Insights to lead our analytics program for media and omnichannel clients, defining reporting frameworks that capture performance and business outcomes. You will develop tracking infrastructure and create data-informed narratives connecting media investment to real-world opportunities.

Reporting to the VP, Beyond Insights, you will elevate current reporting programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams across Real Chemistry, and drive data-driven

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years analytics and reporting experience.
• Pharma media and digital marketing background preferred.
• Experience measuring paid media across HCP and consumer audiences.
• Familiarity with syndicated data sources (e.g., IQVIA, claims data)

Responsibilities

• Lead Beyond Insights analytics program for media and omnichannel clients.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and narratives showing performance and optimization.
• Collaborate with media, data engineering, strategy teams and cross-office peers.
• Lead cross-functional data modeling and insight generation for media strategy.
• Communicate results and business impact to stakeholders and clients.
• Support omnichannel initiatives with marketing tech on methodology and execution.
• Develop analysis approaches for engagement, targeting, reporting and ad hoc requests.
• Develop models and recommendations for product direction.
• Mentor staff and guide project teams on research and client issues.
• Ensure client satisfaction with deliverables and directions.
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external customers.
