Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in analytics and reporting, with pharma media and digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience measuring paid media across omnichannel programs.
• Experience with Tableau or PowerBI and SQL programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead Beyond Insights analytics program across media and omnichannel clients.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and performance narratives showing media effectiveness and optimization.
• Collaborate with media, data engineering, strategy teams and cross-office peers to enhance data initiatives.
• Develop models and synthesize recommendations on product paths and investment decisions.
• Oversee client-facing analyses and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor staff and manage project teams on research and client work.
