Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Director, Beyond Insights to lead our analytics program for media and omnichannel clients. You will define reporting frameworks, track performance, and connect media investment to real-world outcomes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the VP, Beyond Insights, you will elevate current programs, drive data-informed narratives, and support clients with a data-driven focus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics and reporting experience in pharma media/digital marketing.
• Experience measuring omnichannel media performance across HCP and consumer audiences.
• Proficiency with Tableau/PowerBI and SQL.
• Familiarity with syndicated data sources such as IQVIA.

Responsibilities

• Drive Beyond Insights reporting and analytics across media and omnichannel clients.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and narratives to show performance and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with media, data engineering, strategy teams and cross-office peers.
• Lead cross-functional projects using data modeling and analysis to uncover insights for media strategy.
