Ladders is seeking a Senior Architect for Dynatrace/Observability to shape strategy and deliver high‑quality engagements for enterprise clients. For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Architect | Dynatrace/Observability (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape observability strategy and guide delivery quality for enterprise customers, with a strong emphasis on APM, infrastructure monitoring, and AIOps. The architect will partner closely with consultants, senior stakeholders, and internal leaders to define standards, improve methodologies, and elevate the quality of client engagements. This position also supports team development through mentoring while contributing to the growth of the broader observability services practice.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $170,000 – $209,000 annually
