The role focuses on proposal analysis, regulatory understanding, and collaboration with commercial teams to ensure compliant contract execution. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years in contracts management, with strong writing and negotiation abilities and experience with government or international contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience with contracts management.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contractual language.
• Experience negotiating with international government markets.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal activities, including analysis of RFPs and ensuring contract reviews and compliance.
• Collaborate with commercial teams and customers to understand regulations during contract execution.
• Develop innovative contracting solutions across the acquisition cycle.
• Prepare flow-down packages for sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Provide guidance to project teams during contract execution to ensure procurement compliance.
• Contribute to strategy development to grow business.
