RS&H is seeking a Noise Specialist to join our Transportation Infrastructure team. The role involves managing noise studies, supervising team members, and preparing technical reports across eastern U.S. projects. Remote work is possible with preference for Eastern time zones.

You will represent RS&H at client meetings and support public outreach to communicate study findings. Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is expected to maintain client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• B.S. or M.S. in acoustics, engineering, transportation, environmental science, GIS or related field
• 7+ years of experience
• Proficiency in the Federal Highway Administration's Traffic Noise Model (TNM)
• Proficiency in ArcGIS (ArcMap, ArcPro), MicroStation and/or AutoCAD

Aufgaben

• Manage projects and lead noise studies for transportation infrastructure.
• Supervise and oversee work conducted by others on our noise and air quality team.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to clients.
• Represent RS&H at meetings with key clients.
• Support public outreach to communicate study findings.
• Coordinate with clients and the public for NEPA studies or stand-alone projects.
