Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced NLP AI Engineer with 10+ years of AI/ML/NLP expertise to design, fine-tune, and deploy enterprise-scale LLMs. You will lead development across researchers, engineers, and product teams, implementing scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

The role emphasizes PyTorch, transformer architectures, RLHF/DPO, distributed training, and MLOps, with a strong focus on security, compliance, and operational excellence for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in CS/AI/ML/NLP or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in AI/ML/NLP/LLM engineering.
• Expert Python with PyTorch and transformer models.

Responsabilités

• Design, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs for production deployment.
• Architect distributed training pipelines on GPU clusters.
• Develop datasets, synthetic data generation, and evaluation rigs.
• Optimize GPU training and inference performance.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and vector search.
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor junior engineers.
