Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical escalation point for complex networking and managed services issues.
• Lead technical architecture discussions across enterprise customer environments.
• Partner with executives to modernize and continuously improve the Network Engineering & Managed Services organization.
• Provide technical leadership during major customer bridge calls and critical service incidents.
