Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking a Senior Network Solution Architect to lead multi-domain network and security engagements remotely in the US. You will translate client needs into scalable architectures across campus, data center, WAN, and security domains, working closely with sales and delivery teams.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise with Cisco, Juniper, HPE Aruba, and Fortinet, strong executive-level communication, and the ability to mentor other architects while driving presales and proposals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 8–12+ years in IT solution design, network architecture, or presales.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba/HPE, and Fortinet platforms.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading multi-domain network and security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with clients to capture business goals and technical requirements.
• Develop secure, scalable network architectures across campus, data center, WAN, and wireless.
• Present architectures to executives and delivery teams, balancing technical depth and business value.
• Create cost models, LOEs, and proposals; support RFP responses.
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to knowledge sharing.
