Job summary

Hyra is seeking a Third Line Network Engineer for a primarily remote role with occasional travel to customer sites. You will manage complex networking and security issues, supporting enterprise clients with technologies such as Zscaler, Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, Fortinet, and Palo Alto.

Ideal candidates have hands-on routing, switching, and security expertise, including Layer 2/3 networking, and a background in MSP or network support. Enjoy clear progression and continual certification opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience with MSP or network support background.
Hands-on experience across routing, switching, security, and troubleshooting.
Strong Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking experience.
Experience supporting customers in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of complex networking and security issues from investigation to resolution.
Support customers across enterprise environments and projects.
Participate in upgrades, migrations and infrastructure initiatives.
Contribute to a 24/7 on-call rota with potential overtime.
