Job summary

One Call Care Management is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust network services in a remote-first environment, ensuring secure and scalable connectivity for the One Call networks.

The position requires 5 to 7 years hands-on experience in network engineering, installation and configuration of routers, switches, load balancers and firewalls, plus strong collaboration across teams and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of network technologies including routers, switches, firewalls, DNS.
• Experience with case management and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Follows network service processes and improves documentation.
• Responds to customer requests and executes assignments promptly.
• Troubleshoots network problems and recommends solutions.
• Prepares activity reports for management.
• Maintains network documentation and change records.
