Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a Lead Developer, Software Development in Florida to guide design, development and delivery of enterprise insurance applications on the .NET stack. You will mentor developers, own technical decisions, and collaborate with product management, architecture, and operations to ensure secure, scalable solutions.

Remote work is supported with occasional in-person events; you will champion CI/CD, testing best practices, and modern cloud deployments while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years building and supporting enterprise applications on the Microsoft .NET stack.
• Experience in Agile Scrum and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong software architecture, secure development practices, and ALM in enterprise environments.
• Relational database design, performance tuning, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key technical contributor on the DHI Online Scrum Team developing enterprise applications for TransUnion's Insurance business.
• Lead design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of secure, scalable enterprise apps.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to telematics platform development and insurance product evolution.
• Design integrations with internal systems and external partners while ensuring reliability and security.
• Support architecture decisions, modernization, and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve platform stability and user experience.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
