Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building scalable applications, backend services, and APIs with .NET Core/.NET Framework.
• Experience designing solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and maintainability.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for build/release pipelines.
• Experience monitoring Azure logs and configuring alerts.
• Experience supporting production deployments and debugging release issues.
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable components using .NET Core and/or .NET Framework.
• Develop backend services and APIs to support complex workflows and data processing.
• Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for build, release, and deployment.
• Participate in production releases, troubleshooting deployment issues.
• Monitor Azure logs, manage alerts, and configure new alerts as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on absence management and insurance projects to ensure business rules are reflected in the app features.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in .NET development.
