The role involves Azure DevOps pipelines, production release support, and mentoring engineers in best practices. Remote work is available with consideration for US applicants, including Memphis, TN.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing scalable applications, backend services, and APIs with .NET Core/.NET Framework.
• Experience aligning solutions with enterprise architecture and maintainability standards.
• Experience using Azure DevOps to build and release pipelines.
• Experience monitoring Azure logs and configuring alerts.
• Experience supporting production deployments and troubleshooting releases.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable application components using .NET Core/.NET Framework for long-term maintainability.
• Develop high-quality backend services and APIs to support complex business workflows.
• Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for build, deployment, and release activities.
• Participate in production release activities and troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Monitor Azure logs, manage alerts, and configure new alerts as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on insurance/absence management projects and ensure compliance.
