Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to design and build scalable backend services and APIs using .NET Core/.NET Framework. You will develop and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and support release activities while monitoring Azure logs and alerts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing scalable applications, backend services, and APIs using .NET Core and/or .NET Framework.
• Experience designing solutions that align with enterprise architecture and maintainability standards.
• Experience using Azure DevOps to develop and maintain build and release pipelines.
• Experience monitoring Azure logs, managing Azure alerts, and configuring new alerts.
• Experience supporting production deployments and troubleshooting release-related issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable application components using .NET Core and/or .NET Framework.
• Develop high-quality backend services and APIs that support complex business workflows.
• Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for build, deployment, and release activities.
• Participate in production release activities and troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Monitor Azure logs, manage alerts, and configure new alerts as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor less-experienced engineers on .NET practices.
