• Conduct residential and commercial field property inspections using Xactimate and liability investigations to determine negligence and damages.
• Obtain statements from insureds, claimants or witnesses; interview officials and inspect claimed damages.
• Recommend claim reserves based on investigation and well-supported reserve reports.
• Review coverage forms and endorsements to provide thorough analysis to clients.
