Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Senior MuleSoft Developer for a remote role focused on government projects. You will help shape enterprise ESB solutions, APIs, and integrations, while mentoring teams and defining requirements.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of MuleSoft experience, strong API design skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams. This is a remote position with US-based eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of related experience in MuleSoft development.
• Proficiency with Mule 4, UNIX (Linux/AIX), HTTP, JSON and XML.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams in developing requirements.
• Formulate solutions using RESTful API standard practices.
• Formulate solutions for batch-based integrations.
• Develop Mule 4 solutions end-to-end.
• Troubleshoot network issues affecting the ESB.
• Support maintenance and after-hours maintenance windows.
• Support O&M for production APIs and integrations.
