Job summary

BMO Harris Bank is seeking an experienced Mortgage Sales professional to build and manage relationships with a referral network, driving mortgage originations and home financing solutions across California.

You will collaborate with branch teams, guide customers through applications, deliver exceptional service, and ensure compliance with regulations, while leveraging targeted marketing to grow pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree
• In-depth understanding of the mortgage lending process and regulatory requirements
• Strong interpersonal, sales, customer service, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of personal banking, investments, cash management and related services

Responsibilities

• Proactively contacts referral and origination sources to lead discussions about home financing solutions
• Develops and executes marketing and sales programs to drive business results
• Partners with branch teams to hand off customers and refer non-mortgage needs
• Guides customers through mortgage applications and processing
• Resolves issues to ensure timely funds and customer satisfaction
