Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in database administration or related fields.
• Strong MongoDB administration, performance tuning, and sharding.
• Experience with Azure PaaS and cloud databases.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, integration testing, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement functional and technical database solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize MongoDB for enterprise apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and translate needs into tech.
• Support planning, testing, and reviews to ensure reliable delivery.
• Lead review sessions and document decisions for complex requirements.
• Contribute to roadmaps and user stories for advanced features.
• Evaluate new software releases and leverage vendor support.
• Assess solutions against enterprise architecture and goals.
• Provide guidance, training, and knowledge sharing to teams.
• Manage risks and blockers to promote continuous platform improvement.
