Job summary

Pulse Labs is seeking a Senior Mixed-Methods Researcher to lead high-impact research initiatives for world-class tech clients. You will architect and execute comprehensive quantitative and qualitative studies, including surveys, longitudinal panels, diary studies, usability testing, and IDIs, with rigorous data synthesis using Pulse Labs’ platform.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English.
• 5+ years of mixed-methods research experience leading end-to-end quantitative and qualitative investigations in a fast-paced environment.
• Methodological depth across study design, data collection, analysis, and synthesis with UX/human-centered frameworks.
• Strong client and stakeholder management with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Analytical and data acumen with pattern recognition and anomaly detection on large, multimodal datasets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise clients to scope, design, and align research plans with business goals and timelines.
• Architect and lead end-to-end mixed-methods research, including survey design and UX methodologies.
• Own planning, execution, and delivery of fast-paced multi-track studies, ensuring data quality and timely delivery.
• Synthesize qualitative data from transcripts, videos, and feedback to uncover behavioural drivers and opportunities.
• Run advanced statistical analyses (e.g., MaxDiff, conjoint, factor analysis) to evaluate features and trends.
• Translate data into client-ready deliverables and present findings to cross-functional teams and executives.
• Mentor junior researchers and analysts to raise analytical consistency and capability across the team.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine workflows and implement lessons learned across projects.
