Pulse Labs AI is seeking a Senior Mixed-Methods Researcher to lead high-impact studies and partner with enterprise clients. You will design and execute quantitative and qualitative research, synthesize rich data, and deliver data-driven narratives guiding next-generation products.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of mixed-methods experience, strong English communications, and a track record of influencing executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English.
• 5+ years of mixed-methods research experience leading end-to-end quantitative and qualitative investigations.
• Proven expertise across the full research lifecycle: design, data collection, analysis, and synthesis.
• Strong client/ stakeholder management and ability to present findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise clients to scope and align research plans with goals and timelines.
• Architect and lead end-to-end mixed-methods studies using surveys, usability methods, and qualitative interviews.
• Own planning, execution, and delivery across fast-paced, multi-track studies.
• Synthesize multimodal data (video, transcripts, surveys) to reveal behavioral drivers and product opportunities.
• Conduct advanced quantitative analyses (e.g., MaxDiff, conjoint analysis, factor analysis).
• Translate data into client-ready deliverables: executive summaries, scorecards, decks, reports.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
• Mentor junior researchers and analysts; drive methodological consistency and growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine workflows and improve project delivery.
