Leidos's Digital is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer - Mission Engineering, Modeling & Simulation. The role supports the U.S. Coast Guard in digital transformation, digital engineering, and ME initiatives, applying MBSE and M&S to evaluate concepts, quantify mission effectiveness, and inform acquisition decisions.

You will work with stakeholders across architecture, analysis, and cyber teams. The position requires strong communication skills and U.S. Citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Systems Engineering or related field; 8–10 years experience, or 6–10 with a Master’s.
• Experience in UAF/UAFML in Cameo or CATIA Magic with SysML integration.
• Experience with MBSE, mission engineering studies, and DoW MEG v2.0.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support mission engineering studies using MEG v2.0.
• Develop digital mission architectures in UAF/UAFML with MTs and METs.
• Apply UAF grid across domains to produce traceable views.
• Define mission metrics and traceability to requirements.
• Build architecture models in CATIA Magic / Cameo with UAFML and SysML.
• Develop and execute mission-level modeling and simulation with AFSIM, MATLAB/Simulink, or Ansys STK.
• Connect models and simulations into a digital thread for decision-making.
• Present findings to governance boards and program briefings.
• Support roadmaps and risk monitoring.
