Job summary

Leidos Defense Systems seeks a Digital Systems Engineer to blend Systems Engineering, Architecture, and Project Management to guide requirements, architecture, and verification across the lifecycle. Leidos leverages MBSE to ensure interoperability and rapid engineering solutions.

You will lead MBSE model space, drive cross-functional working groups, and implement automated scripting for ICDs and reports, enabling efficient system integration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing architectural system concepts, BDDS/IBDs, and model-based configurations.
• Experience applying MBSE to guide requirements definition, architecture working groups, and verification traceability.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary requirements and architecture working groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE conceptual model space to capture stakeholder requirements and establish end-to-end architecture and traceability.
• Lead multi-discipline requirements and architecture working groups to align engineering and PM milestones.
• Develop, debug, and implement automated scripts using Velocity within Cameo to support report automation and ICD generation.
• Drive system integration by linking toolsets and data models across the lifecycle to simulate programs and test ecosystems.
• Perform risk identification and risk management modeling within architectures to establish tracking methodology.
• Perform template validation and syntax refinement to guarantee high-fidelity report creation and data consistency.
