Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Senior Military Recruiter (Contractor) to lead full life cycle recruiting for military-affiliated talent, focusing on data center hiring. You will serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, building sustainable pipelines and local relationships with leaders and employees.

This 12-month contract role is a W-2 positionthrough Oracle’s preferred staffing partner, with remote work US-wide and preference for candidates in Texas or nearby states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, technical recruiting preferred.
• Demonstrated military recruiting experience.
• Strong consultative recruiting and talent advisor capabilities.
• Experience building relationships with internal stakeholders and external military communities in support of data center hiring and related workforce initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Execute full life cycle recruiting for military-affiliated talent across technical and business functions.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, role calibration, leveling, recruiting process, time-to-fill expectations, and hiring strategies for data center and other priority roles.
• Develop customized sourcing and talent strategies for priority searches.
• Foster strong local relationships with hiring managers, employees, military installations, veteran organizations, universities, and community partners to build a strong recruiting network and increase visibility across the business.
• Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the entire recruiting lifecycle.
• Leverage knowledge of military recruiting programs and communities to attract qualified talent into data center hiring pipelines and related workforce programs.
• Use recruiting analytics and KPIs to measure success, improve pipeline health, and track progress against hiring goals in a fast-moving environment.
• Apply critical thinking to solve hiring challenges, navigate ambiguity and change, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with recruiting, HR, and business leaders to support military hiring initiatives.
