Bit By Bit is seeking a Senior Windows Systems Engineer/Administrator to support and administer enterprise Microsoft infrastructure across Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, and virtualization environments. The role requires independent work, technical leadership, and collaboration with a small team of engineers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years hands-on experience with Windows Server environments.
Strong experience administering AD and Azure AD/Entra ID.
Advanced Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration.
Extensive Azure administration and cloud integration experience.
Experience with IIS, DNS, DHCP, and Windows File Services.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Windows Server environments (physical and virtual).
Manage AD/Entra ID users, groups, permissions, and GPOs; support hybrid identity.
Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and mail flow.
Manage and troubleshoot Azure-based infrastructure and integration with on-premises systems.
Lead/coordinate a small team of engineers; ensure change control and security standards.
