Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, and communication.

You’ll manage a portfolio end to end, lead client calls, and drive performance improvements in Meta campaigns for high-net-worth financial advisor clients. You will craft direct-response copy and VSL scripts, develop testing strategies, and collaborate with editors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts end to end; lead client conversations and reports.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointments.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences.
• Set up tracking, integration with Calendly, Zapier, and lead-routing workflows.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop testing strategies across audiences and messaging.
