Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Sr. Project Specialist to lead site planning and implementation for our sophisticated medical product line.

The role is remote with overnight travel across the Southeast, about 75% of the time, and requires proactive coordination of equipment integration and vendor management. You will manage multiple projects, communicate status to executives, and drive on-time delivery while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Overnight travel up to 75%.
• Experience managing capital equipment projects preferred.
• PM certifications (PMP/PMI/IPMA) preferred.
• Must live within 35 miles of an airport.

Responsibilities

• Deliver construction projects on time, on budget, with high customer satisfaction.
• Attend coordination meetings to ensure site readiness progresses appropriately.
• Coordinate in-house and third-party equipment integration (video cables, mounts, etc.).
• Maintain pre-installation and rough-in information for contractors.
• Identify and resolve customer issues that threaten project success.
• Communicate project status to executives and project teams.
• Apply change management best practices in product implementations.
• Identify out-of-scope opportunities and pursue with appropriate teams.
• Focus on meeting project metrics: pre-install planning, risks, delivery, closeout.
