Boston Scientific seeks a Senior Clinical Education Strategist to develop and execute education strategies advancing product education and therapy awareness for interventional cardiology providers.

You will design curricula, collaborate with clinical, medical, marketing, R&D and sales teams, and lead innovative educational tools and training programs. This role requires strong presentation skills and travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4 years of experience in field sales or clinical experience in cardiology.
• Experience developing educational content, curricula and clinical training programs.
• Ability to educate and train HCPs on interventional cardiology techniques and technologies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute comprehensive HCP education strategies identifying target audiences and training needs.
• Define and implement educational programs with hands-on training, conventions, forums and third‑party activities.
• Collaborate with field sales, commercial and cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver learning experiences.
• Create scientifically accurate educational presentations and curricula for delivery at events.
• Engage key opinion leaders to inform strategy and program development.
• Lead development of educational tools including models, simulation and VR.
• Evaluate program effectiveness via feedback and stakeholder input.
• Represent Boston Scientific Medical Education at national and regional conferences.
