Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or life science field.
• 10+ years in medical affairs or professional education, including physician education programs.
• Experience in structural heart therapies or TAVR and related clinical/hemodynamic measures.
• Experience coordinating physician faculty programs in regulated medical devices.
• Strong scientific literacy in cardiovascular medicine and evidence communication.
• Ability to translate complex science into engaging educational content.
• Excellent project management and deadline handling.
• Understanding of HCP engagement compliance and transparency reporting.
• Fluency in English, with travel ~30–40% incl. international.

Responsibilities

• Develop DURAVR and ADAPT education content aligned with strategy and review processes.
• Prepare KOLs and presenters for congresses, advisory boards, and meetings.
• Stay current on structural heart research and clinical evidence.
• Collaborate with Compliance and internal partners to ensure regulatory status communications.
• Lead Speakers Bureau operations, scheduling, and speaker preparation.
• Manage congress education calendars, content timelines, and readiness.
• Develop digital education modules and learning objectives.
• Measure learning impact and program effectiveness for future priorities.
