Abbott’s Global Medical Education team seeks a skilled professional to design and implement physician and field education programs for Structural Heart therapies. You will translate complex clinical information into engaging learning experiences, partnering with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, R&D, and Marketing to ensure readiness and compliance.

This role emphasizes impactful education and ongoing quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in medical education, clinical training, healthcare education, medical affairs, clinical support, or a related medical device or healthcare role.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs for healthcare professionals and/or field-based personnel.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training effectiveness measurement.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships, influence without authority, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and physician stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop medical education curricula and training plans for Structural Heart products.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess learning needs and create learning paths for physicians and field personnel.
• Develop instructor-led, virtual, simulation-based, and digital learning solutions using best practices in instructional design.
• Create content and performance tools including presentations, guides, eLearning modules, videos, and assessments.
• Design and develop medical education programs to support safe and effective use of therapies.
• Collaborate with KOLs and internal stakeholders to develop evidence-based training materials.
