Job summary

Porterhouse Medical is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex medical communications programmes for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. You will manage multiple workstreams, timelines, budgets and cross-functional teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of project management experience within medical communications or healthcare/pharma environments
• Experience managing publications programmes, advisory boards and medical communications deliverables
• Budget management, resource planning and financial tracking experience
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance including MLR review processes
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex medical communications programmes across pharma and healthcare clients
• Develop and maintain project timelines, status reports, SOWs, and financial tracking
• Lead publications project management: manuscripts, abstracts, posters, timelines and review cycles
• Coordinate advisory board programmes end to end: logistics, briefing materials, reports
• Oversee delivery of medical communications materials: slide decks, training content
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation and cross-functional teams
• Support MLR review processes to ensure compliance and timely client reviews
• Identify and manage project risks, scope changes and delivery challenges
