The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of project management experience in healthcare communications, strong scientific literacy, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of project management experience in a healthcare communications environment is required.
• Ability to grasp and retain scientific information with strong technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and faculty members.
• Manage budgeting, financial monitoring, and reconciliation of projects.
• Schedule and conduct start-up, interim, and final team meetings and provide updates to client and team.
• Oversee development of all project activities, including faculty recruitment, content development, logistics, and supplier performance.
• Train new account team members and ensure adherence to company policies.
