Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group, a Leidos company, seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the delivery of complex mechanical projects across refining, chemical, terminal, and power facilities. You will guide from concept through detailed design and project execution, providing safe, compliant solutions.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with project managers and clients, and provide technical leadership on BOP, piping, and facility upgrades while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 10 years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years supporting refining, chemical, terminal, or power generation facilities.
• Experience with balance of plant (BOP), facility upgrades, and/or maintenance projects involving piping systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in mechanical design and full-cycle project execution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively work with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering activities across multiple concurrent projects.
• Provide technical leadership on facility upgrades, BOP systems, piping, and related infrastructure.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence within the team.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships by delivering high-quality technical solutions.
