Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Material Planner for the Aftermarket to oversee materials planning and SIOP. This remote role requires coordinating with product, sales and manufacturing teams to forecast demand and align capacity with production plans.

The successful candidate will develop standardized processes, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement across the planning function. Remote position with US-based eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in planning or a Master’s with 5+ years.
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Leads in development of materials planning and SIOP strategies.
• Develops standardized processes for materials planning and SIOP.
• Establishes data relationships to understand market trends and demand.
• Collaborates with product development, sales and marketing to forecast demand.
• Plans capacity and fulfillment with manufacturing operations.
• Contributes to monthly production volume planning using forecasts, inventory and orders.
