Nortal is seeking a hands-on Sr. Marketo Operations Expert to drive marketing automation for a global MarTech team. You will build programs, manage data flows, and ensure system health while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 4–7 years in Marketo Engage, expertise in email and dynamic content, and familiarity with AEP/CJA. Remote LATAM work environment, with growth opportunities in a digital transformation context.

Formación

• 4-7 years hands-on Marketo Engage admin in a B2B enterprise environment.
• Expert-level Marketo Engage proficiency including Smart Campaigns, Email 2.0, Dynamic Content, Tokens, Snippets, and Segmentations.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end setup of Marketo programs, campaigns, and asset management.
• Collaborate with data team to filter, purge, and optimize data flows in Marketo.
• Maintain and optimize webhooks and CRM syncs across the MarTech stack.
• Learn and adopt Adobe ecosystem technologies like AEP and CJA.
