Integral Molecular is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own the digital marketing function, driving strategy, channel execution, and content across our commercial portfolio.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, and vendors to position our platforms in a competitive biotech space. This role offers opportunities to lead and mentor while advancing our marketing program from a customer-centric perspective.

Qualifications

• Proven track record running digital campaigns, managing channels, and driving measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo or comparable).
• Strong B2B digital marketing skills; biotech or life sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own digital ads including search, display, and social; plan with ad agency and measure results.
• Build our digital marketing strategy to reach customers based on their needs.
• Own social media strategy for all products; plan, write, and schedule posts.
• Plan and run email and digital campaigns; manage timelines and budgets, and run A/B tests.
