CloudBolt Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to build, optimize, and scale the marketing tech stack and processes. You’ll partner with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to drive measurable pipeline impact through data-driven decision making.

The role emphasizes HubSpot administration, lifecycle management, and advanced analytics in a remote-first, global SaaS environment. Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
• Hands-on with HubSpot and ad/CRM systems.
• Strong lead management, funnel, attribution, and pipeline reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• CRM & lifecycle: Own marketing tech stack, HubSpot admin, funnel stages, naming conventions, lead scoring, dashboards.
• Data & attribution: Own tracking standards, UTMs, attribution models, connect ad platforms and evaluate tools, ensure proper data labeling.
• Integrations: Stand up enrichment, intent/qualification, audience syncs, and tag management.
• Website tracking: Work with Web Dev to deploy tags, GA4, GTM, pixels and conversion events.
• Project management: Drive initiatives to completion and manage integration backlog when needed.
• Expandable scope: Potentially handle automated outbound systems and SDR/BDR ops.
