Job summary

Solventum seeks a Senior Managing Counsel to lead commercial contracting for the Medical Surgical business across the United States and Canada. This role partners with sales, pricing, finance, and compliance to structure innovative GPO/IDN arrangements, government contracting, and DME-related agreements.

You will advise on healthcare fraud, antitrust, governance, and related compliance while supporting cross-functional teams and maintaining playbooks and governance processes.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and ten years of legal experience.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial and government agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial contracting legal advisor for MedSurg in the U.S. & Canada.
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on complex GPO, IDN, health system, distributor, and government contracts.
• Provide strategic counsel on pricing, rebates, discounts, and risk across healthcare channels.
